SCHALI^® Care–FS Vaginal Suppositories are a female personal care hygiene product intended for treatment of vaginal mucosa in scope of complex therapy after gynaecological surgery and in postsurgical rehabilitation for better local regeneration and protection against bacteria and microbes.

PRODUCT FORM:

Lubricating prophylactic suppositories, 2g.

INGREDIENTS:

The product contains environmental friendly biocompatible ingredients of plant and mineral origin.

Cocoa butter, essential oils: Rose, Chamomile, Liquorice, Celandine, Griffonia, Pumpkin, SiO2/TiO2-0.0006%.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Based on natural plant oils and butters, minerals and phytoextracts, the product dissolves slowly in the vagina, where it is absorbed by vaginal mucosa and exerts anti-inflammatory and regenerating effects. The product acts locally by strengthening vascular walls and improving microcirculation in capillaries. Plant and mineral ingredients and their constituents exert immunomodulating, anti-inflammatory, anti-aggregating, fibrinolytic, decongestant, thrombolytic and analgesic effects, resulting in lower transformation growth factors, better regeneration, better formation of connective tissue and physiological scar, and both faster healing and recovery.

Regular use of the product promotes generation of anti-inflammatory cytokines, regulation of immunoglobulins and antibodies, giving rise to a comprehensive immunomodulating effect, and to both induced phagocyte activity and interferon’s genesis. In this way, local regeneration is stimulated, that causes hematomas and oedemas to resolve faster, vascular walls to restore normal penetrability, and both microcirculation and trophic processes to improve.

By inactivating unsaturated chemical bonds in peptides, glycosides etc., titanium dioxide is capable to remove harmful infectious toxins, resulting in a strong antimicrobial and antibacterial effect and in a quick relief of symptoms of different pathological conditions and inflammations, even in deeper vaginal tissues. Titanium dioxide induces vaginal epithelium cells to resist multiple infection and inflammation agents and in this way may prevent recurrent infection.

Shilajit is a highly-effective adaptogenic and generally strengthening agent that induces regeneration in different tissues and exerts strong anti-inflammatory, antitoxic, immunomodulating and general health beneficial effects. Shilajit is a favourable nutrient to all organs of female reproductive system, source of phytoestrogens, therefore use of the product is especially effective after gynaecological surgery. Regular use of the product helps in regulating female endocrine balance, promotes ovarian function, and inhibits oestrogens to overstimulate mammary glands.

Celandine may induce non-specific immune reactions and restore suppressed immunity, strengthen natural resistance, increase efficiency of T- and B- immune cells.

Griffonia simplicifolia induces female endocrine system, affects non-specific reactivity, and regulates metabolism.

The product is intended for personal care purposes, has preventive action and may be used as a complex therapy agent in treatment of a wide range of gynaecological conditions. The product covers up and softly assuages genital mucosa, improves mucosal elasticity and flexibility.

Regular use of the product induces regeneration of epithelial structures, regulates vaginal microflora and pH, improves both secretion and quality of cervical mucus, leading to better vaginal moistening and reducing unpleasant sensation and inflammation (itching, burning pains, irritation).

INDICATIONS:

For better vaginal mucosa regeneration in treatment of:

• Dysplasia conditions (after surgery, cryo-destruction, laser destruction, diathermocoagulation etc.)
• Postsurgical rehabilitation after vaginal cyst surgery
• Vaginal fistula
• Postpartum period
• Birth injuries
• Postcastrational syndrome
• Ovarian abscess
• Pelvic adhesive disease (morbus adhaesivus)

METHOD OF USE:

For vaginal use only.

Take the product out of the package with clean hands and insert, pointed end first, into the vagina. With your finger put the suppository gently forward. Apply one suppository 2 times a day for one month. Extend your course of treatment up to 90 days, if necessary.

No product dependence and no rebound syndrome.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not use during pregnancy.
No other contraindications detected.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

Keep the product in a dark cool place at the temperature between +4^°С and 15^°С.

SHELF LIFE:

Shelf life is 2 years from the date of production.
Do not use the product after expiration of the date of production, specified on the package
