SCHALI^®-D7 Encapsulated Dietary Bio-Complex

for the prevention and protection of the body, normalization of blood glucose level in type 1-2 diabetes mellitus and pancreatic gland functioning

Indication:

It is indicated to control free radicals and regulate lysosomal functions and autophagy, stimulate mental and physical activities.

It contributes to the normalization of glycaemic index and glucose control for the prevention of hyperglycaemia. SCHALI^®-D7 Encapsulated Dietary Bio-Complex helps to overcome body deficiency of insulin, maintaining liver and pancreatic functioning and normalizing blood glucose level, and it may be used as a mono-component for the prevention of endocrine disorders and as a part of combination therapy for the treatment of diseases associated with insulin insufficiency (type 1 diabetes mellitus or insulin-dependent diabetes), with a target action on the level of blood triglycerides, cholesterol and haemoglobin, and it may be used to normalize blood glucose level and control body weight as a mono-component for the prevention and as a part of combination therapy in the treatment of insulin resistance induced diseases (type 2 diabetes mellitus).

Ingredients(active):

• Cyclomalto-octose or Gamma-cyclodextrin (γCD);
• Cyclomalto-hexaose or Alpha-cyclodextrin (αCD);

Mechanism of Action:

Active cyclodextrin ingredients of bio-complex are easily decomposed by human amylase into linear oxo-saccharides, acting as glycogen phosphorylase inhibitors, limit amylolysis, strongly immobilise fats from food, fatty acids, triglycerides, restore the maintenance of appropriate blood glucose level. Coenzyme Q10 encapsulated in cyclodextrins influences transcription factor EB and stimulates cleansing from proteolipid compounds formed as a result of insufficient activity of lysosom-autophage system in the cells with impaired ability for storage of lysosomes. Coenzyme Q10 is an integral part of mitochondrial respiratory chain, and its additional administration leads to increased effect on mitochondrial function and, consequently, contributes to enhanced cellular function and restoration of body energy balance, slowing down ageing at the cellular level.

Curcumin encapsulated in cyclodextrins targetedly stimulates pancreatic β-cells to restore tissue and increase sensitivity level to glucose; as a result, β-cell releases more insulin at each level of blood glucose, and also enhances protective function with antioxidative, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, anti-arthritis, anti-amyloidal and anti-ischemic properties.

Cinnamaldehyde is an active plant-derived ingredient produced from cinnamon, encapsulated in cyclodextrins, targetedly reduces the level of blood glucose, triglycerides, glycosylated haemoglobin, LDL-cholesterol (low-density lipoprotein cholesterol), at the same time optimizing the level of HDL-cholesterol (high-density lipoprotein cholesterol), restoring normal blood glucose level.

Active component Resveratrol, encapsulated in cyclodextrins, is a natural plant-derived phytoalexin that has hypoglycaemic and hypolipidemic effects. Resveratrol contributes to normalization of exocrine pancreatic function, i. e., production of enzymes contributing to the digestion of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in the intestine, as well as contributes to the normalization of endocrine pancreatic function, i. e., production of hormones (insulin, glucagon, and others), directly participating in carbohydrate metabolism and regulating blood glucose level that contributes to the prevention of diabetes mellitus signs.

Furthermore, SCHALI^®-D7 Encapsulated Dietary Bio-Complex:

• normalizes liver function and blood glucose metabolism;
• improves sensitivity of hepatic cells to insulin, allowing dose reduction of insulin-replacing medicinal products;
• normalizes fasting glucose level with minimal risk for glycaemia;

Contraindications:

No contraindications have been established, since ingredients of bio-complex act locally and do not penetrate circulation, do not interact with medicinal products. The product is not addictive. No rebound effect.

Method of Use:

To maintain vitality and energy in young people pursuing an active lifestyle, take 2 g of product 1-3 times daily, 15 minutes before meals washing down with water, for 30-90 days. Regular courses are recommended during the year.

As a preventive measure to maintain functioning of the liver, pancreatic gland, digestive organs and metabolism.

Active middle-aged people who want to maintain and improve their health condition. At least two courses during the year are recommended.

SCHALI^®-D7 Encapsulated Dietary Bio-Complex are taken simultaneously with prescribed medicinal products for the treatment of type 1-2 diabetes, medical monitoring is required for dose adjustment of the prescribed medicinal products. SCHALI^®-D7 Encapsulated Bio-Complex may be used as a part of combined therapy in the treatment of diseases associated with insulin insufficiency in the body, as a part of combined therapy in the treatment of diseases induced by insulin resistance. In combination therapy of systemic metabolic diseases (cardiological, neurodegenerative conditions, obesity, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes mellitus, etc.).

Shelf life and storage:
