Photoactive^∗ oral care hydrogel SCHALI^® Dental Care (high quality daily oral care) is a universal preventive hygienic antimicrobial agent for daily oral care. It supports the natural balance of oral microflora, freshens breath, heals gingival damage.

PRODUCT FORM:

Photoactive hydrogel in a polyethylene tube of 15 ml.

INGREDIENTS:

Contains eco-friendly bio-component of vegetable and mineral origin.

Hydrogenated Starch Hydrolysate, Glycerin, Hydrated Silica, Aqua, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Hydroxypropyl Cyclodextrin, Titanium Dioxide, Cellulose Gum, Sodium Saccharin, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben, Ethylparaben, Aroma, Limonene, Linalool.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

The photoactive composition of the hydrogel based on the crystal photosensitizing complex QD SCHALI provides a highly efficient catalysis of reactive oxygen species (singlet oxygen). Reactive oxygen species contribute to improvement of oxygenation and blood flow and metabolic processes in the tissues, and restore the disturbed energy exchange in tissues. After contact with dental and soft oral tissue, the hydrogel forms a surface bioactive protective therapeutic layer which inhibits bacteria reproduction, preventing them from attaching to cells of the oral mucosa, suppresses the formation of chemical and mechanical damage, provides sealing of open dentinal tubules (desensitizing effect), stimulates ATP synthesis, activates the transport of oxygen and nutrients.

The hydrogel has a bactericidal effect against protozoans and spore- and non-spore forming obligate anaerobic microorganisms, effectively destroys bacteria that can accumulate on the teeth, causing inflammation of the soft tissues of the oral cavity and an unpleasant odour and provides a physiological comfort, prevention and treatment of infectious (bacterial and viral) lesions of the oral cavity and throat.

Essential components of salvia extract is a natural powerful antioxidant that plays an important role in maintaining the integrity of cell membranes and restoring the epithelium of the oral mucosa, have haemostatic properties and high anticaries activity.

Regular use of the hydrogel prevents the formation of or increase in the V-shaped defects of the tooth neck during brushing of demineralized dentine surfaces, and has a membrane stabilising and cytoprotective effect, enhances proliferation of damaged cells of the gingival mucous membrane, accelerates the healing process, promotes collagen synthesis and formation of granulation tissue.

The product is used as a hygienic product for the purpose of daily care, prevention and in the complex treatment of dental diseases.

All products of the SCHALI^® Dental Care series based on photosensitizing crystals of the QD SCHALI^® series can be used both as a monotherapy and in combination with each other, as well as in combination with laser toothbrushes, photodynamic therapy and other types of instrumental therapy.

METHOD OF USE:

The product is ready for use.

Apply a small amount of the gel on the clean bristles of a toothbrush and brush your teeth, as usual. The use of SCHALI^® Dental Spray lotion is recommended after brushing teeth.

The combined use of the therapeutic laser device of the TLU SCHALI^®-Pro series and the photoactive hydrogel SCHALI^® Dental Care provides a potent synergistic effect.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

Keep the product in a dark cool place at the temperature below 15^°С.

SHELF LIFE:

Shelf life is 3 years from the date of production.
Do not use the product after expiration of the date of production, specified on the package.
