Photoactive phyto-mineral joints hydrogel SCHALI® Smart Antiarthritis (orthopaedic diseases) is a highly effective hygienic agent for prevention of orthopaedic diseases and as a complex symptomatic agent for various pathological processes in traumatology and orthopaedics.

 

PRODUCT FORM:

Prophylactic hydrogel in dosing device.

 

INGREDIENTS:

It consists of eco-friendly bio-components of vegetable and mineral origin. Active ingredients: complex compounds of the exclusive substance hydroxypropyl beta-cyclodextrin (HPBCD) and QD SCHALI®.

Aqua, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Glycereth-18 Ethylhexanoate, Glycereth-18, L- Menthol, Hydroxypropyl Cyclodextrin, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Titanium Dioxide, Salvia Officinalis Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Sodium Hydroxide, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Phosphoric Acid.

 

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

The photoactive composition of the hydrogel based on the photosensitizing complex QD SCHALI provides a highly efficient catalysis of reactive oxygen species (singlet oxygen). Reactive oxygen species promote oxygenation and improve blood supply and metabolic processes in tissues, thus quickly and effectively removing pain, swelling, stiffness, manifestation of meteosensitivity in the joints, increasing the adaptive capacity of joints with intense physical exertion.

The hydrogel has both a general normalizing effect on the body, contributing to the enhancement of the immune response, and a pronounced local action at the site of application – anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and regenerative.

The restoration of energy exchange in cells stimulates the process of recovery of the cartilaginous tissue in the intercellular substance, enhances the formation of chondrocytes by stimulating their mitosis (fission). Regular use of the hydrogel helps slow down degenerative changes in the cartilage and strengthen plastic processes, resulting in some restructuring of the cartilage. Enhancement of cellular metabolism in turn synergistically enhances the effect of other agents, providing for a significant reduction in the duration of treatment with the help of the hydrogel.

The photoactive phyto-mineral joints hydrogel SCHALI® Smart Antiathritis can also be used in photodynamic therapy (PDT) of musculoskeletal injuries in combination with laser light and other devices of instrumental therapy.

METHOD OF USE:

Apply a small amount of the hydrogel SCHALI® Smart Antiarthritis 1-2 times a day to the pre-cleaned lesion site. The penetration of the hydrogel into the tissue can be enhanced by the use of instruments for electroporation or phonophoresis. Prior to the application of the photoactive hydrogel SCHALI® Smart Antiarthritis, the lesion can be also treated with the spray SCHALI® Care Antiarthritis.

The duration of use is from 3 days to 2 months. The duration of the course depends on the clinical picture.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

Keep the product in a dark cool place at the temperature below 15°С.

 

SHELF LIFE:

Shelf life is 3 years from the date of production.
