Antiviral phyto-mineral hydrogel for hygiene of the nose and throat mucosa SCHALI^® Smart Antivirus-L (respiratory diseases) is a universal highly effective antiviral agent for hygienic care of sensitive mucous membranes of the nasal and oral cavity, providing prolonged local antimicrobial, antibacterial and anti-infectious protection.

PRODUCT FORM:

Antiviral hydrogel in a polypropylene dispenser of 10 ml.

INGREDIENTS:

It consists of eco-friendly bio-components of vegetable and mineral origin. Active ingredients: complex compounds of the exclusive substance hydroxypropyl beta-cyclodextrin (HPBCD) and QD SCHALI^®.

Aqua, Hydroxypropyl Cyclodextrin, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Glycereth-18 Ethylhexanoate, L- Menthol, Glycereth-18, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Paraffinum Liquidum, Titanium Dioxide, Sodium Hydroxide, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Phosphoric Acid.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

The mechanism of action of the product is based on a new understanding of the protective modality and structural function of virions and cells of the body. Lipid-mobilizing complexing cholesterol HPBCD + QD SCHALI^® component of the composition allows changing the position of cholesterol on the surface of lipid bridges and, thus, preventing penetration and infection. The active ingredients also act as catalysts for metabolic energy reactions, normalizing the life cycle of cells in the human body and the process of their regeneration.

The synergistic effect of the active ingredients of the SCHALI^® series, consisting of elements of vegetable and mineral origin, provide the removal of exogenous and endogenous toxic compounds, ensure the adjustment of the immune response of the body. By blocking the bonds necessary for virion penetration and virus multiplication, it has a pronounced effect of preventing various pathologies, especially in reducing infection with microorganisms, viruses, in particular influenza viruses and the Epstein-Barr viruses (sore throat viruses). The active ingredients of the product isolate cholesterol both on the surface of membrane cells, and on the viral envelope, thereby inhibiting the virus fixing on lipid bridges and preventing lipid mixing, making impossible virus penetration into the infected cells. Penetrating through the membrane of bacteria, the active ingredients of the hydrogel are aimed at destroying bacterial staphylococcal and streptococcal pathogens of the sore throat.

The product is also intended for the prevention and complex treatment of specific respiratory infections, and allergies. It decreases the synthesis and secretion of mediators of allergy, inhibits release of histamine and other biologically active substances from sensitized mast cells and basophils, reduces the number of circulating basophils, suppresses proliferation of lymphoid and connective tissues, reduces the number of T- and B-lymphocytes, mast cells, decreases the sensitivity of effector cells to mediators of allergy, inhibits formation of antibodies.

The product is used both with hygienic purposes having a preventive action, and in the treatment of airborne diseases. It coats and gently soothes mucous membranes. Prevents damage to the mucosa and promotes its regeneration. Has a softening and anti-inflammatory effect. Penetrating into the mucous membrane, the hydrogel stimulates the movement of cilia of the epithelium, thins the phlegm and facilitates its discharge. Has a depressing effect on the exudative and proliferative phase of inflammation. Suppresses the synthesis of prostaglandins, which play a key role in the development of the inflammatory reaction. Menthol essential oils in the hydrogel quickly facilitate nasal breathing, cause a local antiseptic and mild local anaesthetic effect. From the mucous membrane, the hydrogel penetrates well into the tissue and creates an active concentration in the membrane of the nerve fibre and sensory nerve endings, providing an analgesic effect. It eliminates the feeling of discomfort (itching, burning, irritation).

The antiviral phyto-mineral hydrogel for the hygiene of the nose and throat mucosa SCHALI^® Smart Antivirus-L enhances cellular metabolism, reduces capillary insufficiency, inhibits the migration of neutrophils and macrophages into the inflammation focus and their phagocytic activity, inhibits proliferation of fibroblasts and collagen synthesis, which in turn synergistically strengthens the effect of other agents, thus significantly shortening the duration of treatment.

METHOD OF USE:

With the preventive purpose, apply a thin layer of hydrogel on the mucous membrane of the nose and/or throat with clean hands. The duration of the product action is 8 hours.

The duration of the course depends on the clinical picture.

Hydrogel can be used as a monotherapy or in combination with other devices of instrumental photo and physiotherapy (quartz lamps, red and blue light lamps, laser devices, inhalation devices).

STORAGE CONDITIONS:
