Photoactive^∗ phyto-mineral skin care hydrogel SCHALI^® Smart Dermic (autoimmune systemic and dermatological diseases) is a highly effective anti-inflammatory hygienic agent to care for skin manifestations of autoimmune and dermatological diseases.

PRODUCT FORM:

Prophylactic hydrogel in dosing device.

INGREDIENTS:

It consists of eco-friendly bio-components of vegetable and mineral origin. Active ingredients: complex compounds of the exclusive substance hydroxypropyl beta-cyclodextrin (HPBCD) and QD SCHALI^®.

Aqua, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Glycereth-18 Ethylhexanoate, Glycereth-18, Hydroxypropyl Cyclodextrin, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Titanium Dioxide, Salvia Officinalis Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Sodium Hydroxide, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Phosphoric Acid.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

The photoactive composition of the hydrogel based on the photosensitizing complex QD SCHALI^® provides a highly efficient catalysis of reactive oxygen species (singlet oxygen). Reactive oxygen species promote oxygenation and improve blood supply and metabolic processes in tissues as well as restore disrupted energy metabolism in tissues, enhancing the immune response of the body.

The hydrogel has both a general normalizing effect on the body and a pronounced local action at the site of application – anti-inflammatory, analgesic, regenerative, improves microcirculation.

Restoration of energy exchange in cells results in stimulation of metabolic processes, microcirculation, oxygen saturation of tissues, which allows removing pain, oedema, rash, itching quickly and effectively, and increasing adaptive capacity of the body.

The product is used both with prophylactic action and as a monotherapy during immunorehabilitation measures, in particular, with incomplete recovery after a disease, as well as in the complex therapy of a wide range of autoimmune systemic and dermatological diseases concomitantly with antibiotics and antiviral agents. Enhancement of cellular metabolism in turn synergistically enhances the effect of other agents, providing for a significant reduction in the duration of treatment with the help of the hydrogel. The photoactive phyto-mineral skin care hydrogel SCHALI^® Smart Dermic can also be used in photodynamic therapy (PDT) of skin manifestations of systemic autoimmune diseases in combination with laser light and other devices of instrumental therapy.

INDICATIONS:

• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Haemorrhagic vasculitis
• Nodal periarteritis
• Eczema
• Atypical dermatitis
• Psoriasis

METHOD OF USE:

Apply a small amount of the hydrogel SCHALI^® Smart Dermic 1-2 times a day to the pre-cleaned lesion site. The penetration of the hydrogel into the tissue can be enhanced by the use of instruments for electroporation or phonophoresis. Prior to the application of the photoactive hydrogel SCHALI^® Smart Dermic, the lesion can be also treated with the spray SCHALI^® Care Dermic.

The duration of use is from 3 days to 2 months. The duration of the course depends on the clinical picture.

No side effects found.
No product dependence and no rebound syndrome.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

Keep the product in a dark cool place at the temperature below 15^°С.

SHELF LIFE:

Shelf life is 3 years from the date of production.
Do not use the product after expiration of the date of production, specified on the package.

^*Under the influence of light of a wide range of radiation (from ultraviolet to infra-red), photosensitive crystals of the QD SCHALI^® series initiate intensive release of reactive oxygen species. Photoactive products based on QD SCHALI^® are intended for universal use and can also be used in photodynamic therapy (PDT) with various sources of monochromatic radiation (laser light of certain ranges).
